Delivery details
All orders will be delivered Monday to Friday within the hours of 8am-6pm. All deliveries should be thoroughly checked upon receipt.  If there are any issues with your delivery you must notify Horse and More immediately.

Most orders will be dispatched within one working day of receipt of payment.  We aim to deliver orders to you within three working days subject to availability if you opt for standard delivery.  In other words if we receive your order on day one by 2.00 pm, we will aim to deliver to you by no later than day four.  If you opt for Next Working Day Delivery you will need to place your order with us by 2.00 pm on a working day. Next Working Day Delivery is not always possible to the Scottish Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland.  Items that are not in stock can be back-ordered for you by request   Please supply a contact number in case we need to be in touch regarding your order.

You can cancel any order at anytime before despatch.
