We are happy to refund or exchange, but returned hoof products must be in a pristine condition.
Replacement boot postage is required. Please the link in the accessories page.
Boots returned dirty, wet or scuffed with signs of use cannot be accepted.
When checking a boot for size, please do the FIT TEST. Cover the horse’s hoof with a plastic bag and ensure they are standing on a clean and dry surface. A towel, rug or mat. Put the boot on it should be a snug fit, easy on. Give the boot a wiggle, it should move the hoof rather than moving about. Do not walk.
Please do not walk the horse around in the boot(s) as we will not be able to accept them back.
A contract of sale will be deemed to exist between Abc Lucas Ltd trading as Horse and More and you (the customer) from the time that the goods are despatched to you.
Please note that all items need to be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange and must be clean and unused, in the original packaging with the original labels attached. We are unable to accept returned items unless they are clean and dry (Health & Safety at Work Act 1974). Returns that are faulty or damaged must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. No clearance items can be exchanged or returned unless faulty or damaged.
We cannot accept liability for returns lost in transit so you must obtain proof of postage when returning items.
Returning an item that is not faulty or damaged
We are unable to reimburse postage or packaging charges for the return of any item to Abc Lucas Ltd trading as Horse and More.
Refunds – we will refund you in full as soon as we get the item back, provided it is in as-new undamaged condition. Refunds will be made within 14 days.
Exchanges – if you would like an exchange (such as for a different size), we will charge for postage and packaging. If the price of the replacement item is greater than the original item, we will require payment of the difference before dispatch. If the price of the replacement is lower than the original item, we will refund the difference.
Returning an item that is faulty or damaged in our opinion
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 07711 685623 before returning a damaged or faulty item. We will arrange the return postage for you if necessary. A replacement product can be sent out to you by arrangement.
FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE, RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BY ABC LUCAS LTD TRADING AS HORSE AND MORE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE YOU RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S).
