Delivery Information

All orders will be delivered Monday to Friday within the hours of 8am-6pm.

Where deliveries are made by courier, a signature will be required. All deliveries should be thoroughly checked on receipt and where delivered by a courier, be checked before being signed for.  If there are any issues with your delivery you must notify Horse and More Ltd immediately.

Most orders will be despatched within one working day of receipt of payment. We aim to deliver orders to you within three working days subject to availability.  In other words if we receive your order on day one by 3.30pm, we will aim to deliver to you by no later than day four.  Items that are not in stock can be back-ordered for you by request.  Please supply a contact number in case we need to be in touch regarding your order.

You can cancel any order at any time before despatch.
All prices are fully inclusive.

Postage and Packaging Charges

For every item listed there is a P&P rate shown.  This will be either £6.00 or FREE.  If you buy more than one item the P&P will be £6.00.  We cap our P&P at £6.00 so you will never pay more than this no matter how many items you order in any one delivery.
